Exact and Vodermair set Personal Best

In the Preliminary Test for seven-year-old horses, Alexandra Vodermair (AUS) and her Hanoverian Exact claimed victory with 75.686% (trot 8.7, walk 7.7, canter 8.5, submission 8.0, perspective 8.5), setting a new personal best. Brina Mihevc (SLO) and Bombiano finished second on 71.925%.

Vodermair was delighted with her performance: “It felt like one of our best tests at this level. For a seven-year-old, this is still a challenging level, but Exact felt incredibly confident today. I was especially pleased with our trot work, and he also gave me a great feeling in the canter. Winning here with a personal best makes me incredibly proud.”

Vodermair has trained the seven-year-old Hanoverian herself since he was three years old and believes there is still plenty of room for improvement. “Submission is still our main focus. He can become even more even in both reins and carry himself better over his back. If we continue improving those details, everything else will keep developing step by step.”
